1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Bet9ja website or mobile application, creating an account, or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately and should not register an account.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Bet9ja. They apply to all users of the platform regardless of how they access it — whether through a web browser, the Android app, or any other interface. Using Bet9ja after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

2 Eligibility

To use Bet9ja you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Bet9ja does not permit use by anyone under this age under any circumstances.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual for personal entertainment purposes — not on behalf of a third party or business.
• You are using your own funds for all deposits. Funded through borrowed money, proceeds of crime, or any other prohibited source is not permitted.

• You are not a current employee, contractor, or family member of an employee of Bet9ja in a role that creates a conflict of interest with platform use.

Bet9ja reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. If verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, your account may be suspended and any pending withdrawals held until the process is complete.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one account on Bet9ja. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is a serious breach of these terms. Any duplicate accounts identified will be closed, and the balances across those accounts may be voided.

You are responsible for keeping your account login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone. Bet9ja is not responsible for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account if you have shared your credentials or failed to take reasonable steps to protect them.

When you register, you must provide accurate and current information. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact details, and any other information requested during registration or a subsequent verification process. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account closure.

• You must notify Bet9ja promptly if your personal details change, including phone number or payment method.
• Account names must match the name on the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals.
• Bet9ja reserves the right to close or suspend any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, if terms are breached.

4 Deposits

All deposits on Bet9ja are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We support JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as listed on the deposit page at the time of your transaction. The available methods may be updated from time to time.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and may vary depending on the payment method you choose. These limits are displayed during the deposit process. Bet9ja does not charge a fee for standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges — please check with them directly.

• Deposits are generally credited to your Bet9ja balance immediately or within a few minutes, depending on the payment channel.
• If a deposit does not appear in your balance within a reasonable time, contact support with your transaction reference before attempting another deposit.
• Bet9ja reserves the right to return a deposit if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or if the payment does not pass internal checks.
• You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Using payment accounts registered to another person is not permitted.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out here. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible, and always in PKR.

Before your first withdrawal, Bet9ja may require you to complete identity verification. This is a standard process and involves confirming your name, date of birth, and payment method ownership. Delays in providing the requested documents will delay the processing of your withdrawal.

• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown during the withdrawal process.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically the fastest. Bank transfers may take one to three business days.
• Funds that have been credited as a bonus must meet the applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. Details are provided with each promotion.
• Bet9ja reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal while investigating suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or a breach of these terms.
• If your account is closed for any reason, any remaining real-money balance (after deducting bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

6 Betting Rules

Bet9ja offers sports betting across Cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football, Esports, and other markets. All bets are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport or event, as well as the general rules described here.

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the user unless the platform explicitly offers a cash-out option for that market. It is your responsibility to check the details of your bet — including the selection, stake, and odds — before confirming.

• Bets placed on markets that are later found to have had an obvious pricing error may be voided and stakes returned.
• If an event is abandoned or postponed beyond the time frame specified in the relevant sport rules, bets will typically be void and stakes returned unless settlement has already occurred.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to a delay. Bet9ja cannot guarantee that an in-play bet will be accepted at the displayed price if market conditions change during the confirmation process.
• Bet9ja reserves the right to limit the maximum stake on any market or for any user at its discretion.
• Suspicious betting patterns, use of automated tools, or any form of match-fixing involvement will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of winnings.
• For Cricket and PSL markets specifically, Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method results will be honoured for rain-affected matches where applicable.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

Bet9ja may offer bonuses, free bets, and promotional rewards from time to time. All promotions are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which will be communicated clearly when the promotion is made available.

General bonus rules that apply across all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Bonus funds are separate from your real-money balance. They are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable funds.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times bonus funds must be played through before a withdrawal is permitted. The requirement multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bet9ja reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been credited to your account.

11 Limitation of Liability

Bet9ja provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain reliable uptime and accurate odds, we cannot guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may occasionally affect availability.

• Bet9ja is not liable for losses arising from connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party payment provider delays beyond our control.
• Bet9ja is not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or special losses — including loss of profits — even if we were aware of the possibility of such losses.
• In the event of a system error affecting odds, game outcomes, or bet settlement, Bet9ja reserves the right to void affected transactions and restore account balances to their pre-error state.
• Our total liability to any individual user in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the preceding 30 days.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, where such limitation would be unlawful.

12 Changes to These Terms
